I specialise in working with men's mental health and relationship issues. I am a Medicare-accredited counsellor and work as a consultant clinician of psychological services for Benestar (the national employee assistance program provider). I am also a graduate of Relationships Australia's specialist course in couples counselling.
My previous roles have included work on relationships, parenting and conflict management (LifeWorks), mental health and addiction issues (Taskforce Community Agency), and crisis counselling and case management for the national Suicide Call-Back Service. I have also worked with children and adolescents at Australia's leading youth mental health service (Headspace).
I am passionate about working with people who want to create change in their lives and relationships. I specialise in using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, which is a proven counselling technique for fast, effective treatment.
